Our Story — How 38bd Began

38 is a number close to every Bangladeshi heart — it's on our cricketers' jerseys, it's the lane in our neighborhood. The name 38bd carries our deep connection to Bangladesh within it. This platform was built with one purpose: to give the people of Bangladesh a gaming experience that meets international standards while feeling completely local.

The early days came with real challenges. Online payment systems in Bangladesh weren't fully mature yet. There were no quality gaming interfaces in Bangla. Most platforms were in English or Hindi — usable by Bangladeshis, but never quite feeling like their own.

38bd is here to fill that gap. Built in Bangladesh, for the people of Bangladesh — every decision we make puts our users first.

Trust Is Our Foundation

Earning trust in online gaming is no easy feat. Many platforms lure users with big bonus promises, only to trap them in a web of fine print. 38bd has never taken that route. We believe that transparency and honesty are the only way to build something that lasts.

Our bonus terms are written in plain language. Withdrawal rules are straightforward. There are no hidden charges. These simple principles are why 38bd has become one of Bangladesh's most trusted gaming platforms.

Our Investment in Technology

38bd's platform runs on internationally certified software. We continuously improve real-time odds updates for live betting, our mobile-first design, and page load speeds. Our tech team monitors platform performance around the clock so your experience never drops in quality.

Responsible Gaming — Our Commitment

At 38bd, we believe gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress. That's why responsible gaming is at the core of everything we do. Deposit limits, cooldown periods, self-exclusion — these tools are available to all 38bd users at no cost. If you ever feel your gaming habits are getting out of hand, our support team is always ready to help.

We believe a happy, healthy user is 38bd's greatest asset. Your wellbeing and enjoyment matter to us more than profit.
